Refund & Return Policy
At The Zodiac Shop, we take pride in offering authentic Vastu, Astrology, Home Décor, and Occult Science products. Each item is carefully curated and checked before shipping. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is required. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing thezodiacshop11@gmail.com with pictures of the product and packaging.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the spiritual and energy-based nature of some products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
Crystals, yantras, pyramids, and astrology remedies were once used.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (unless damaged on arrival).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (customer must provide account details).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be provided for the same product if stock is available. If not, a refund will be processed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
